Last weekend I flew to Dallas to catch the Ten Hands reunion concert at Club Dada. It was an amazing show and I had a great time. I ended up shooting 8 rolls of film: 4 color, 4 black & white. I used a flash for most of it because the stage lights were too erratic and the club was so crowded, I was constantly being bumped. Between 250 and 300 people probably, in a very tight space.
I've processed the pics and posted to http://photo.phui.com/. Comments are welcome here, if you'd like. I still need to weed out the handful of totally unusable shots (and still need to do the same to the last Mumy shoot). Maybe this week I'll get a chance.
Things are starting to line up for more shoots... a possible paying gig shooting a recording studio for their web site; both the Crash Poets and Vinx playing separate venues on Thursday; the Red Elvises Saturday and Sunday; nothing (yet!) for a few weeks until the Blues Festival then more Jenerators, Ducks, Bill Mumy and Carolyn Wonderland lined up in September. Whew.
